High quality fine art print of Sadaf Munshi's piece, "Confluentia."   Created for the Who Are Our Neighbors? National Endowment of the Arts exhibition, this piece portrays languages from around the world-- many rare and indigenous to small populations-- in a strikingly beautiful piece to celebrate multi-cultural journeys and co-existence.

The collage of texts in different languages includes Arabic, Bengali, Burushaski, English, French, German, Hebrew, Hindi, Kashmiri, Persian, Spanish, Turkish, and Urdu, which all represent communities in the Greater Dallas area.  A discernible human component is depicted by an interplay of cultural motifs crossing boundaries and employing calligraphy art on unified themes.  Shades of colors signify the traditional arts of the communities and highlight the values they share.

The inspiration for this piece is Beril Berk, CEO of the Dialogue Institute of Dallas, who works to bring people of all different cultures together towards mutual understanding.

This gorgeous and inspirational piece is reproduced here as a high quality fine art print with matte finish.  It is printed with a 1" white border all around.  Frame not included.
