Arnold Lee Greene

​

Arnold L. Greene is the Chief Human Resources Officer – North America for Northern Trust Corporation in Chicago, Illinois, where he oversees the strategic HR consulting functions for all business units and corporate groups impacting over 12,000 employees. Since graduating from Cornell University with a B.S. in Industrial and Labor Relations, he has enjoyed 30 years as a Human Resources professional leading Human Resources and Training functions. Arnold has worked for large global companies such as Extended Stay America hotels, McDonald’s Corporation, YUM! Brands, Dunkin’ Brands and the Hyatt Hotel Corporation. Arnold’s expertise lies in HR Strategic Leadership, Culture Building, Employee Engagement and Diversity & Inclusion. Arnold has served on the Board of Trustees for Talladega College in Alabama; Board of Directors for KIPP Texas (Charter Schools), Board of Directors for Parkland Hospital Foundation, Board of Directors for the American Cancer Society (Dallas Fort Worth Region) and Special Advisor for TRU Prep Academy in Miami, Florida.

Arnold enjoys spending time with his “wife and kids”, working out, listening to a variety of music (especially gospel and 80’s/90’s R&B), mentoring youth, youth motivational speaking and serving/helping others.

 

Arnold resides in Chicago, IL with his wife of 26 years Donnie and they have three children Gigi, Laila and Tucker.
